​Terms of Service

1. CONTRACT

1.1

Any person or business booking, purchasing or receiving services from LBB Detailing Ltd (“the Company”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2

A booking may be made through our website, telephone, email, social media or any other communication method accepted by LBB Detailing Ltd.

1.3

A booking shall only become confirmed/accepted once agreed deposit is received in FULL by LBB Detailing Ltd

(All deposits remain non-refundable.) 

1.4

LBB Detailing Ltd reserves the right to refuse, amend or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.

1.5

These Terms & Conditions apply to both private customers and commercial customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.6

Acceptance of a quotation, booking confirmation, purchase order, invoice or commencement of work shall constitute acceptance of these Terms.

2. SERVICES

2.1

All services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill using professional products and equipment.

2.2

Whilst every effort is made to complete services within agreed timeframes, completion times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2.3

Should weather, supplier delays, equipment failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent completion of the services, we reserve the right to rearrange the appointment.

2.4

LBB Detailing Ltd reserves the right to suspend or refuse work where it would be unsafe or unreasonable to continue.

2.5

Services include labour, insurance and detailing products unless otherwise stated.

2.6

Where additional contamination, excessive pet hair, mould, heavy staining, tar, paint overspray or other unforeseen conditions are discovered, additional charges may apply. We will always seek customer approval before proceeding.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

3.1

All quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

3.2

Retail customers must pay immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3

Commercial customers shall pay invoices within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice or purchase agreement.

3.4

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in:

• Suspension of future bookings.

• Withdrawal of commercial account facilities.

• Debt recovery of outstanding balance.

• Statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

3.5

Ownership of any products supplied shall remain with LBB Detailing Ltd until payment has been received in full.
