What is a ceramic coating?…

Industry-grade ceramic coatings are a chemical solution that is applied to the exterior of a vehicle to protect it from external paint damage using nano technology.

​

In most cases new cars are left on forecourts for weeks even months at a time on back order sat collecting industrial fallout and other contamination that will bond to the paintwork this commonly is not removed prior to handover.

Firstly we will begin with a tidy up of the interior alongside a decontamination wash of the exterior to remove any contamination as mentioned.

Exterior:

• Pre-rinse with pressure washer

• Wheel faces and barrels cleaned with dedicated fallout remover

• Wheel archers soaked in citrus and agitated 

• Snow foam complete car to remove traffic film prior to contact wash​

• Detailing brush then used on all badges, grills, fuel cap area and door sills while foam dwells​

• Complete rinse of vehicle​

• 2 Bucket method safe contact wash​

• Complete rinse of vehicle​

• 2 Stage vehicle decontamination where required to remove tar spots and bonded fallout 

• Complete rinse of vehicle

• Final snow foam to remove product residue ​

• Final rinse​​

• Gorilla XL microfibre towel to dry​​

  
  

Interior:

• Light vacuum of interior footwells, seats and boot area 

• Wipe down of plastics trims, door cards and steering wheel

• Glass polished to a streak free finish

A light machine polishing stage will be conducted to remove any potential interfering elements that may prevent your coating bonding to your paintworks surface.

Following this a complete IPA panel wipe down of your vehicle to remove any polish residue your cars now ready to apply your chosen ceramic.
